Engineering Operative
Salary - from 36K + DOE
Hours - Monday - Friday hours are flexible
Overtime - Available at an enhanced rate
We are recruiting for a well established, successful and growing organisation based close to Maidstone. We have a rare opportunity for a Skilled engineering operative to join the team and learn the business from the bottom up, providing you with lots of training and development. The organisation are a UK leader in precision engineering and sustainable manufacturing, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that are both high-performance and environmentally friendly. Duties:
- Performing welding tasks ensuring precision and quality.
- Completing manufacturing tasks using a variety of machines (training will be provided)
- Taking specifications from work orders to meet project requirements and meet a high degree of accuracy.
- Collaborating with fellow team members.
- Conducting regular inspections of products
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated individual who possesses:
- Previous welding experience
- Eagerness to learn new techniques and machinery
- A solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills
