Engineering Operative

Salary - from 36K + DOE

Hours - Monday - Friday hours are flexible

Overtime - Available at an enhanced rate

We are recruiting for a well established, successful and growing organisation based close to Maidstone. We have a rare opportunity for a Skilled engineering operative to join the team and learn the business from the bottom up, providing you with lots of training and development. The organisation are a UK leader in precision engineering and sustainable manufacturing, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that are both high-performance and environmentally friendly. Duties:

  • Performing welding tasks ensuring precision and quality.
  • Completing manufacturing tasks using a variety of machines (training will be provided)
  • Taking specifications from work orders to meet project requirements and meet a high degree of accuracy.
  • Collaborating with fellow team members.
  • Conducting regular inspections of products

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated individual who possesses:

  • Previous welding experience
  • Eagerness to learn new techniques and machinery
  • A solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong communication skills
