Senior Town Planner - Kent - £Negotiable

Our client, a well know private consultancy, operating throughout the South East have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Town Planner to join them, due to continued success and expansion.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on residential and commercial planning applications
  • Provide expert advice on planning strategies and development control
  • Manage multiple projects, delivering on time and within budget
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with planning laws and policies
  • Mentor junior planners and support team development
  • Requirements:
  • RTPI qualification (or working towards)
  • Extensive experience in residential/commercial planning
  • Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
