Senior Town Planner - Kent - £Negotiable
Our client, a well know private consultancy, operating throughout the South East have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Town Planner to join them, due to continued success and expansion.
- Sector: Residential & Commercial Projects
- Location: Kent
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on residential and commercial planning applications
- Provide expert advice on planning strategies and development control
- Manage multiple projects, delivering on time and within budget
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with planning laws and policies
- Mentor junior planners and support team development
- Requirements:
- RTPI qualification (or working towards)
- Extensive experience in residential/commercial planning
- Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
