Electrical Components & Systems - Design, Manufacture, Assembly & Testc. £100,000pa + car, bonus & benefits Kent The RoleReporting to and deputising for the Managing Director and leading a dedicated team, covering all design, engineering, programme management, materials and manufacturing disciplines, your key task will be the development and implementation of the company's manufacturing operations strategy, that continues to improve all processes and practices, creates leaner, customer focused manufacturing operations, whilst leading a highly skilled workforce in the pursuit of greater profitability and performance.The PersonThe role calls for an experienced and enlightened manufacturing operations professional, a hands on, customer focused and charismatic man-manager, who is well used to the demands of a fast moving, price and quality conscious customer base.
