Building Services / Technical Background Required

Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical or engineering background and proven leadership experience in facilities management, M&E services, or similar environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple contracts and teams

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and service level agreements

• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement

• Manage subcontractors, budgets, and client relationships

Requirements:

• Background in building services, FM, or technical operations

• Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND, IOSH/NEBOSH, or trade certification)
