Our client is a reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a project based in Maidstone.
This project is 7 weeks in duration and due to start 17/10/25
Main scope of work will consist of roof repairs, repointing, strip out, structural timber repairs.
Skills & Requirements:
- Valid CSCS,SMSTS and First Aid qualification
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar projects
- Ideally experience within the areas listed above
- Commercial knowledge
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Working references - essential
- Will be required to interview with the client
