The role involves covering sites across London, Greater London, and surrounding areas, focusing on aftercare and service support for residential and commercial projects.This is a great opportunity to join a family-run business with a solid reputation for quality and customer service.Key Responsibilities:*Diagnose and repair plumbing and heating issues reported by end users.*Attend emergency callouts when required.*Complete clear and detailed resolution reports following site visits.*Support with commissioning and testing during project handover.*Assist with snagging tasks as identified by Project Engineers.*Provide ongoing feedback to Project Managers to prevent recurring issues.Requirements:*Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical services (plumbing/heating).*NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing/Heating.*Valid CSCS or Skill Card.*Full UK Driving Licence.*Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.*Professional appearance with excellent customer communication.*Able to work independently and show initiative on site.Additional Info:*Out-of-hours and weekend availability may be discussed separately. #LI-PB1
