We are working with a well-established, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy who are seeking a Senior Associate with a strong Electrical Engineering background to join their Maidstone office. This is a key leadership hire, with a clear and genuine pathway to Director level for the right individual.

You will play a pivotal role in leading projects, developing client relationships, and helping shape the future direction of the business, while working within a professional, collaborative, and forward-thinking environment.

• Lead and deliver electrical design across a broad portfolio of projects, including commercial, education, residential, and healthcare sectors.

• Take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support mid-level engineers, senior and principal engineers.

• Work closely with other disciplines to deliver integrated building services solutions.

• Contribute to business development, client engagement, and strategic growth.

• Progressively take on increased responsibility aligned with a future Director position.

• Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a recognised professional body (e.g. CIBSE / IET).

• Strong background in electrical building services engineering within a consultancy environment.

• Proven experience leading complex projects and managing client relationships.

• Commercially aware with the ambition and capability to step into a senior leadership role.

• Confident communicator with a collaborative and professional approach.

• Highly competitive package up to £95,000, depending on experience.
