Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, challenging music lessons that align with the secondary curriculum.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom where every student feels valued and motivated to participate.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, providing additional support or extension activities as required.
  • Assess student progress through various methods and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their learning goals.
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and collaborate to support student development.
  • Use innovative teaching strategies and resources, including technology, to enhance learning and keep students engaged.
  • Actively participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and school events to contribute to the school community.

Requirements:
