We’re supporting a fantastic network of Secondary Schools across Maidstone, and they’re searching for upbeat, adaptable Cover Supervisors who can glide into the classroom and keep things running smoothly. Every day brings a new rhythm, a new challenge, and a new chance to shine.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking charge of the classroom and keeping lessons on track
• Delivering pre-planned activities and ensuring students stay engaged
• Encouraging positive behaviour and a focused, friendly atmosphere
• Moving between subjects and year groups with ease
• Supporting students with questions and keeping the vibe bright and productive
• Sharing simple end-of-day feedback with teachers
• Following safeguarding procedures and maintaining a safe learning environment

What You’ll Need

• CACHE Level 2/3 or a minimum of 6 months experience working with young people
• Confidence to lead a class of students aged 11 to 16
• Clear communication and a warm, approachable style
• Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a readiness to take on varied lessons
