CRG are looking for a Carpenter basedMulti - Traderto work in Maidstoneand surrounding areas across Medway
You also will need to have your own hand and power tools.
You will be doing mainly 2nd fix Carpentry but some 1st fix too. Mainly refurb / renovationand maintenance work on residential properties; this can include kitchen renovations, loft conversions, property refurbishments and more.
Longterm work available for the right candidates.
Role will include:
- Some Carpentry works such as Hanging doors, Skirting, Architrave, etc
- Bits of decorating.
- Being handy at wet trades, such as plastering or plumbing would be a bonus but not compulsory.
- Snag lists.
The right multi trade carpenter will need to have strong experience in the industry and should ideallyhave a CSCS card.
