The Role:Manage your own residential caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
Conduct title checks, draft contracts, and oversee the full conveyancing process.
Regularly liaise with clients, agents, and third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
Provide clear, practical legal advice on a range of property-related issues.
Minimum 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
Confident in managing a varied caseload independently.
Sound knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
