**There are current permanent employees who initially joined as on a FTC and were converted!Your new role
- Category Buyer role taking full end-to-end ownership of category strategies, spend analysis
- RFI, RFQ, RFP
- Supplier sourcing, negotiations and relationship and risk management
- Stakeholder engagement
What you'll need to succeed
- 5 years' Procurement experience in Category Management, ideally in Indirects
- Strong communication, negotiation and engagement skills
- Proactively identifying and driving cost savings and cost reductions
- People person, ability to build stakeholders relationships is key
