Procurement Administrator - Temporary to Permanent Opportunity!

We have an exciting opportunity in the Maidstone area for a detail-oriented and organised Procurement Administrator to support our client in their purchasing operations.

This will be a key role within the purchasing and planning team and you will be assisting the Purchasing Manager ensuring that products are ordered and delivered on time to keep the manufacturing process flowing effectively and efficiently. In this role, you will assist with sourcing of products, processing purchase orders, maintaining supplier records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. There will be a variety of administrative functions connected to the role and you will be using the companies MRP system as well as Excel.

You must have excellent communication and organisation skills, a proactive attitude, and experience within a procurement or planning role. You will need to have worked within a manufacturing environment and have good excel skills and ideally knowledge of a previous ERP system.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday with an immediate start. There is an opportunity of this position becoming permanent for the right person.
