An exciting opportunity for a Construction Estimator to join a specialist building services organisation with a strong reputation for excellence in heritage and high-end projects. Due to continued growth and a full pipeline of high-end projects, we are seeking a commercially astute Estimator who thrives on detail, precision, and problem-solving. With clear routes for progression, this role is ideal for someone looking to grow with a business that values initiative and innovation.
Your Role as an Estimator will include:
- Preparing accurate cost estimates for specialist projects
- Producing tenders, analyse drawing, specifications and contracts
- Conducting site visits, surveys, and liaising with clients
The successful Estimator will have:
- Proven experience as an Estimator on construction projects
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with autonomy and confidence
