We are working with a highly reputable quantity surveying consultancy in Maidstone who are looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their team. This consultancy is well-known for their expertise in civil engineering projects and their collaborative approach with clients.
The ideal candidate will be a people person with a natural ability to build relationships and communicate effectively. You should have a sharp eye for detail and be able to read between the lines of a contract, managing project expectations with confidence.
Key Requirements:
Civils background is essential, with a strong understanding of groundworks and related packages.
In-depth knowledge and extensive practical experience with NEC contracts.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A commercially astute and proactive approach to your work.
