We are current seeking an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor to join our valued client's multi-disciplinary team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to deliver a comprehensive range of Building services. Based in the Maidstone area, this position also supports flexible working arrangements, including working from home for up to 3 days per week.

The Role

  • Work with contractors, end clients and subcontractors and offers services such as tender support, contract admin and contract advice.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on projects across various disciplines, gaining new experiences which could be rail, road, housing estates, refurbishment projects, conversions and more to offer choice, variety, and opportunity to learn and hone skills.
  • Our Client is also developing a name for producing highly tailored features, including bespoke design additions or reinstating original features but with a modern twist.

Essential Requirements

  1. Quantity Surveying Degree / relevant qualification / experience
  2. Experience in a commercial role
  3. Ability to price on first principles
  4. Strong communication and organisational ability
