This role offers hands-on training, exposure to all aspects of estate agency, and structured career progression. Based in the thriving Maidstone office, the position offers access to generous commission opportunities, additional income streams, and a clear path for growth within the business.

The RoleThis entry-level role will introduce the successful candidate to the fast-paced world of residential property sales. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to shadow experienced staff, learn on the job, and gradually take on more responsibility as confidence and capability grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings and assist with applicant registrations

  • Learn how to manage and progress property sales

  • Support the team in winning new instructions and achieving branch targets

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to buyers and vendors

  • Generate and refer leads for mortgage services, solicitors, and lettings

  • Request and follow up on Google reviews to support business visibility

  • Maintain an organised and professional presence in the office and on appointments

Candidate Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in property and customer service

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident manner

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn

  • A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

  • Professional appearance and a proactive attitude

  • Willingness to work within a rota including Saturdays

Package Includes:

  • Basic salary of £15,000-£20,000 (depending on experience)
