We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Maidstone office, managing a hybrid Education desk. This is a high-demand desk with a large candidate pool, supporting local schools with both temporary and permanent recruitment needs.
?? What You'll Be Doing:- Managing a busy hybrid desk with a consultative approach to recruitment
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pool to meet client demand
- Developing new business opportunities through meetings, presentations, and networking
- Marketing candidates proactively to create new opportunities
- Building long-term relationships with clients and understanding their recruitment needs
- Delivering a world-class service to both clients and candidates
- Experience in Education recruitment or a similar candidate-led sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Resilience and results-driven mindset
- Ability to influence and build rapport
- Service and quality-focused approach
