Reed HR have partnered with this fantastic organisation who is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to join a leading, fully integrated infrastructure provider operating across the UK and Europe. They are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to enhance their recruitment efforts and strengthen the team. This role is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding new talent, focusing on both corporate and site-based roles. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in executing a successful hiring process and promoting our values through effective talent acquisition strategies.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and understand needs for each project and vacancy.
  • Proactively source candidates through industry-specific channels, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Maintain and optimise our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate the candidate journey from initial contact to final onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-calibre candidates for ongoing and future projects.
  • Work closely with the People and Global Mobility teams to ensure the correct delivery of company policies and processes.
  • Handle administrative duties within the Talent Acquisition space, including screening applicants through telephone interviews to ensure role suitability and culture fit.
  • Manage general recruitment queries related to offers, contracts, logistics, and pay.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency capacity.
  • Experience in the construction sector is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging messages and build relationships.
  • Proficient in using and configuring Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Highly computer literate, proficient in MS Suite and various social media channels.
