What You'll Do as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

Source, interview, and support candidates for education roles (teachers, support staff, etc.)
Build professional CV profiles and present candidates to clients
Collaborate with sales teams to increase placements
Work to clear weekly goals and KPIs
Earn commission and progress fast

Ongoing Development & Career Progression

After your first year, you'll graduate to your own sales desk with advanced training in:- Business Development- Negotiation & Client Management- Safeguarding & Compliance- Customer Service & Time Management
