One of our valued partner schools in Maidstone are seeking a full-time Cover Supervisor to join their team on a long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cover Supervisor or an Early Career Teacher looking to build classroom confidence across a variety of subjects and key stages.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver engaging pre-set lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5 in a range of subjects.
• Maintain a productive, respectful classroom environment that keeps students on task.
• Adapt quickly to different classes, subjects, and student needs with professionalism and calm.
• Provide clear instructions and ensure students complete their work to the best of their ability.
• Report any issues or concerns in line with school safeguarding and behaviour policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar role, ideally across multiple key stages and subjects.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience — crucial for managing the dynamics of day-to-day classroom cover.
• Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to learning.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
• Right to Work in the UK and two recent references.
