Tradewind Recruitment are actively seeking a Geography Teacher to work at a Medway based secondary school. The role is to start in September and will be until the end of the academic year - full time with a salary of between £31,650 and £49,084 depending on experience.
The role:
- Plan and deliver interactive lessons across KS3 and KS4 to make geography come alive in the classroom
- Plan lessons accordingly to ensure all abilities are catered for
- Attend departmental meetings when required
- Manage the behaviour of the students effectively to ensure a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience of teaching Geography at secondary level
- Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
