Sonic Summary

We are seeking passionate and reliable Residential Support Workers to care for children aged 12-17 in homes across Kent.
Candidates must have an NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People or an equivalent qualification.
Experience in residential childcare is required, along with a valid UK driving licence and the ability to work shifts, including weekends.
The role involves providing day-to-day care, emotional support, and planning educational and social activities for the children.

What You’ll Need:

NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People or equivalent
