Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:00 (1-hour break)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Detling for a Yard Operative to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a hands-on, full-time role with long-term prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT (full training provided - no prior experience necessary)
- Picking products according to order tickets
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions
About You:
- Must have your own vehicle due to site location
- Willing to learn new skills and undergo in-house FLT training
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
