A pupil referral environment supporting learners with disrupted education and varied emotional and behavioural needs. The provision offers on site, online and outreach learning.

About the role:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons, monitor short term targets, engage with families and multi agency teams, and support reintegration pathways.

We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:
Plan tailored learning, track progress, contribute to reintegration and work across multiple bases when required.

Requirements -
The ideal candidate would have:

QTS or QTLS
SEN or SEMH experience
strong safeguarding and risk assessment skills
effective engagement strategies
ability to travel between multiple sites
an enhanced DBS on the Update Service
