We’re looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join the team, producing accurate, competitive cost estimates for exciting projects across sectors such as commercial, industrial and infrastructure.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver detailed, accurate cost estimates from concept through tender.
  • Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Engage with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to secure competitive pricing.
  • Support bid submissions and advise on commercial strategy.
  • Monitor costs and support value engineering initiatives post-award.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in construction.
  • Strong commercial and contract knowledge (JCT, NEC, or equivalent).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Confident managing multiple tenders to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or equivalent preferred.
