We’re looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join the team, producing accurate, competitive cost estimates for exciting projects across sectors such as commercial, industrial and infrastructure.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver detailed, accurate cost estimates from concept through tender.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Engage with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to secure competitive pricing.
- Support bid submissions and advise on commercial strategy.
- Monitor costs and support value engineering initiatives post-award.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in construction.
- Strong commercial and contract knowledge (JCT, NEC, or equivalent).
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Confident managing multiple tenders to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or equivalent preferred.
