• Full time, Monday – Friday 7:30 – 5pm
• Permanent position
• £40,000 per annum (self-employed option available)

Our client is a well-established and respected civil engineering and groundworks company based in Sunbury-on-Thames. Known for delivering high standards across all their sites, they pride themselves on supporting safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environments. Due to continued growth, they’re now looking to bring a dedicated Road Sweeper Operator into their team to help ensure our Kent sites remain clean, compliant, and operational.

The Role

You’ll play a vital role in keeping construction and site access roads clean and hazard-free. Based in Kent, you’ll travel to multiple sites each day, maintaining cleanliness and safety while collaborating with site teams to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a road sweeper to carry out routine site road maintenance
• Travel daily to multiple locations across Kent
• Liaise with site operatives to identify areas needing attention
• Ensure all roads are kept clean, tidy, and free from obstructions
• Help support the smooth and safe operation of construction activities

The Ideal Candidate:

They’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a reliable attitude, and a keen eye for detail. About you:

• Previous road sweeper operating experience (3 years preferred but not essential)

• Full UK driving licence
• Class 2 driving licence
• Driver CPC qualification
• Responsible, dependable, and takes pride in their work
