Business Systems manager - Kent
- Proven experience in ERP implementation (Epicor)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (including Service Cloud/Field Service)
- Systems architecture & integration across multiple platforms
- Project management & delivery skills (Agile/Waterfall/Prince2)
- Experience in change management & driving user adoption
- Excellent stakeholder management (global & cross-functional)
- Work with external vendors to optimise system capabilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all business systems.
