Divisional Commissioning Manager - Water & Wastewater
Permanent | 40hrs | Monday-Friday | High autonomy | Reporting to Delivery Director
A key leadership role taking ownership of the commissioning function across a varied water and wastewater project portfolio. You'll lead a dedicated commissioning team, work closely with Delivery, Design, Safety and Quality, and ensure projects are technically compliant, safe, and handed over right first time.

What you'll do
Commissioning Management
路Lead and manage the commissioning team across multiple projects.
路Ensure readiness for commissioning: completed installation, red-line drawings, signed ITPs and ATEX inspections.
路Maintain high standards of documentation and alignment with internal governance.
路Work with Project and Regional Managers to develop robust commissioning plans.
路Develop and implement process commissioning strategies for water and wastewater treatment systems.
路Audit and review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
路Provide feedback to Estimating for improved cost planning.
People & Team Leadership
路Conduct skills gap analysis and manage recruitment and training needs.
路Deliver regular reviews and development plans.
路Promote cross-training to increase team flexibility.
路Drive shared learning across SHEQ, Delivery and other departments.
Reporting, Safety & Governance
路Provide clear, timely reporting on commissioning status and issues.
路Ensure control and consistency of documentation, including digital tools.
路Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with company H&S procedures.
路Maintain vigilance around information security and report any concerns.
You'll manage a team of 5-10 people, coordinate with internal and 3rd party teams, and travel to various offices and sites across the region.

路Telemetry, PROFIBUS and Ethernet network commissioning
