Content Creator - Construction Industry (Kent/London)

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering engaging marketing and communications materials for a leading construction company. Your role will span multiple formats and platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing & Advertising: Design and manage brochures for London, regional, infrastructure, haulage, and asbestos services. Coordinate adverts with external partners (SEBRA, ARCA, St Pancras Boxing).

  • Case Studies & Awards: Develop and maintain case studies to showcase company achievements. Handle submissions for industry awards including NFDC, World Demolition Awards, and Construction News Specialists Awards.

  • Website Management: Oversee website creation, maintenance, and analytics, updating careers and vacancy pages regularly.

  • Social Media & Communications: Write and schedule LinkedIn posts, press releases, and SharePoint news articles. Support magazine outreach for features and case studies.

  • Branding & Merchandise: Develop logos for sponsorships and frameworks, internal branding assets, templates, and yearly calendars. Assist with insurance renewal documentation and coordinate merchandising needs.

  • Visual Content & Photography: Manage site photography with external vendors (Rikard, Commissionair) to ensure high-quality imagery for marketing materials.

  • Organizational Documents: Maintain group and haulage organograms, ensuring accurate representation of company structure.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.

  • Experience in content creation, branding, and marketing within construction or related industries.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and liaise with external partners.
