A client of ours in the Maldon area are recruiting Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time 3-month temporary position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm and paying 13 per hour (27,040 per annum) depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt assistance
- Resolve issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Receiving and processing orders where necessary
- Updating customers regarding orders
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Administrator position:
- Good IT Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous call centre and customer service experience
- A degree of flexibility
