Clover Care Group is seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Resourcer / Shift Coordinator to join our dedicated team based at our Maldon office. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in healthcare recruitment, ideally within the complex care sector who is looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work within a dynamic and fast-paced setting, managing multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Source, identify, and attract high-quality candidates through various channels to meet staffing requirements for complex care packages across the UK.

  • Write, post, and maintain job advertisements in accordance with company guidelines and brand standards.

  • Monitor and process candidate applications, ensuring efficient handling and alignment with our commitment to excellence in care.

  • Screen, shortlist, and present candidates against defined role specifications.

  • Support the recruitment and selection process by liaising effectively with candidates and internal teams.

  • Build, manage, and maintain strong candidate relationships.

  • Meet agreed performance targets and KPIs consistently.

  • Manage care package rotas to ensure smooth and effective staff deployment.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, with a strong understanding of the sectorcomplex care experience is highly desirable.

  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

  • Must be able to work from our Maldon office on a full-time basis.
