OVERVIEWA respected law firm in the Southwest is seeking a Private Client Fee Earner to join its established Private Client Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a diverse caseload in a supportive and client-focused environment.The firm has a longstanding reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with its clients across the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage a full caseload of private client matters, including:Probate and estate administrationWill draftingInheritance tax planningLasting Powers of AttorneyCourt of Protection applications-Provide clear, compassionate, and practical advice to clients, often at emotionally sensitive times.-Maintain and build strong client relationships-Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the ongoing success and reputation of the department.

ABOUT YOU- 2 years experience dealing with private client matters.- Confident in handling probate, wills, LPAs, and associated tax and estate planning work.- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals is an advantage.
