- Providing secretarial and administrative support to fee earners in the department
- Accurate typing and audio typing of correspondence and legal documents
- Handling incoming calls and liaising with clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Managing diaries, booking appointments, and maintaining client records
- Assisting with file management and general office duties as required
- Excellent typing and audio typing skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- A proactive and organised approach to workload management
