About the Role:
As a Trainee Cover Supervisor, you’ll step in for absent teachers, leading pre-planned lessons across different subjects. You don’t need prior teaching experience – we’ll provide all the training and support you need to feel confident in the classroom.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing a classroom (with lesson plans provided).
- Engaging students and ensuring they stay on task.
- Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
