About the Role:We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team in Malton! You will play a vital role in managing accounts, retaining existing clients, and expanding our business through effective cross-selling strategies.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Managing and nurturing existing accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell our exceptional food products to boost sales.
• Collaborating with the team to develop strategies for growing our existing business.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary ranging from £26,000 to £28,000 per year. ??
• Permanent contract with a Monday to Friday work schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
