Production Operative
Location: Malvern
Pay Rate: £12.21–£13.68 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:15
Contract: Temp to Perm
We’re recruiting for a dedicated Production Operative to join a well-established and growing company based in Malvern. This role offers stable full-time hours, a supportive team environment, and the chance to develop your skills with long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Cutting and preparing glass tubes to specification
- Carrying out general production tasks
- Working safely with high-temperature flames and equipment
- Ensuring all products are cleaned to a high standard
- Maintaining a tidy, organised, and safe work area
- Following all company procedures and Health & Safety guidelines appropriately
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
- Previous production or cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential
