About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead a well-established 22-bed residential care home that supports adults with a wide range of needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident in managing a stable service.
Our home provides care and support for people living with:
- Mental health conditions
- Dementia
- Learning disabilities and autism
- Physical and sensory impairments
- Alcohol and substance misuse issues
- People detained under the Mental Health Act
- Older people in need of permanent or respite care

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day running of the home and ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered
- Supporting and developing a dedicated, long-standing team
- Driving quality improvement and making sure we meet - and exceed - regulatory standards
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals
- Keeping the home running smoothly and safely, from staffing and training to audits, budgeting, and compliance
- Championing personalised care and promoting dignity, respect, and choice for every individual
What We're Looking For
- Someone with previous management experience in a residential or mental health care setting
- Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and the ability to lead a service to an 'Outstanding' rating
- A confident, approachable leader who knows how to bring out the best in a team
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willing to work towards it)
- A positive, proactive attitude and a real passion for improving lives
