Do you have previous call centre or high-volume customer service experience either in B2B or B2C.
We are looking for natural communicators who enjoy building repour and working through a consultation process with potential customers to identify correct leads.
Within the role, you will play a crucial role in qualifying leads, booking appointments, and pitching the companies' services to senior-level executives across various industries.
This role requires a consultative approach with the ability to discuss solutions to clients. We are looking for candidates who are logical thinkers with good problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:Utilise LinkedIn, phone calls, and emails to generate qualified leads from a set listBook appointments with senior-level executives (C-suite, Head of Ops, IT Managers).Confidently pitch our custom software solutions to potential clients and make appointments for the sales director Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ideal Candidate:Business degree or equivalent experience.Business acumen, logical problem-solving, ability to identify gaps in provisions, process, and portfolio.Experience in business development or sales.Resilient, self-motivated, confident, capable, conversational, and willing to learn.Excellent communication skills, able to engage and excite potential clients.Comfortable with cold outreach, following up on events, and booking appointments on the stand.
