Summary

Reporting into the Production Manager, we are seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to be the main point of contact for all night shift production activities, leading, and supporting the night shift team of four, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance to ensure that night shift production targets are achieved.

Your will be required to promote a positive working environment and high-quality operations regarding health and safety requirements, quality compliance, company procedures and ensuring effective handovers between shifts.

  • Staff Supervision & Leadership.
  • Handover & Communication.
  • Quality & Compliance.
  • KPI Recording & Reporting.
  • Health, Safety & Housekeeping.
  • Support for Continuous Improvement.

Requirements to be successful as a Night Shift Supervisor:

  • GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent in Maths, and English Language.
  • Ideally +2 Years in Production / Manufacturing as a Supervisor or Team Leader.
  • Ideally +5 Years in Production / Manufacturing.
  • Advanced Mechanical Knowledge.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Health & Safety knowledge within a manufacturing environment.

The role will very much be part of the engine room. Due to the fast pace of the business, you will be required to work well under pressure, be robust in character, pragmatic, with pace and patience, and have a positive solutions-based approach.

Commutable from Bromyard, Droitwich Spa, Evesham, Hereford, Ledbury, Malvern, Pershore, Tewkesbury, Worcester.

Hours: 6pm to 6.30am, 4 Nights Monday to Thursday.
