Hours (Monday to Friday 8.30am - 17.00pm)

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an office ADMINISTRATOR to join our fantastic client based in Malvern, Worcestershire on a full-time permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity and room to grow and progress.

Day to Day Duties:

  • Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing queries to the appropriate contact
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems (both digital and paper-based).
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes, ensuring accurate records for accounts.
  • Track and record operational data for reporting purposes.
  • Assist with compiling health & safety documentation, including RAMS, permits-to-work, and training records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, site inductions, and training sessions for staff and contractors.
  • Manage staff timesheets, holidays, and rota updates for operational teams.
  • Support compliance reporting for environmental and waste management regulations.
  • Order and maintain stock levels for PPE, stationery, and office supplies.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth site operations.

Essential Skills:

  • MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO LOCATION
  • Excellent IT skills including excel
  • Ability to work alone/small team environment
  • Proactive and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
  • Must have Administrative experience 

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience of working in an Industrial or site environment would be desirable
