Day to Day Duties:
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing queries to the appropriate contact
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems (both digital and paper-based).
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes, ensuring accurate records for accounts.
- Track and record operational data for reporting purposes.
- Assist with compiling health & safety documentation, including RAMS, permits-to-work, and training records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, site inductions, and training sessions for staff and contractors.
- Manage staff timesheets, holidays, and rota updates for operational teams.
- Support compliance reporting for environmental and waste management regulations.
- Order and maintain stock levels for PPE, stationery, and office supplies.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth site operations.
Essential Skills:
- MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO LOCATION
- Excellent IT skills including excel
- Ability to work alone/small team environment
- Proactive and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
- Must have Administrative experience
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience of working in an Industrial or site environment would be desirable
