Customer Service & Sales:
- Taking orders from customers in person, by phone, or online.
- Advising customers on the appropriate products, materials, and equipment for their needs.
- Processing payments and issuing invoices.Â
Stock Management:
- Monitoring and managing stock levels, ensuring sufficient quantities of various materials are available.
- Ordering supplies and keeping records up to date.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Moving goods to storage areas.
- Putting orders together and organising deliveries.Â
Working hours – 7.30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
The job can involve some physical work, such as lifting and carrying heavy materials.
Previous experience within the plumbing, heating or trade sector would be beneficial though full training will be given to the ideal candidate.
