Location: Malvern, Worcestershire
Salary: Up to £46,000
Shifts: Nights - Sun-Thurs (22:00-06:00)
We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturing business based in the Malvern. This role involves working on a rotating shift pattern, including weekends, to ensure the smooth running of production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting planned and reactive maintenance on a range of production machinery
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
- Working proactively to minimise downtime and improve efficiency
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and company standards
Requirements:
- Time-served apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualification
- Strong electrical maintenance skills
- Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
