Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Salary: Up to £46,000
Shifts: Nights - Sun-Thurs (22:00-06:00)

We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturing business based in the Malvern. This role involves working on a rotating shift pattern, including weekends, to ensure the smooth running of production.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting planned and reactive maintenance on a range of production machinery
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
  • Working proactively to minimise downtime and improve efficiency
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and company standards


Requirements:

  • Time-served apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualification
  • Strong electrical maintenance skills
  • Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
