The Role:
AsGeneral Manager, youll be at the helm of a stunning, high-volume, upmarket restaurant, overseeing all aspects of daily operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Youll inspire, lead, and develop your team to deliver excellence in service, uphold brand standards, and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a large front and back-of-house team.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery.
- Oversee financial performance, budgets, and profitability.
- Maintain operational excellence and compliance with company standards.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver strategic objectives.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to reach their full potential.
- Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
About You:
- Proven experience as a General Manager within a premium or high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
