Reed Professional Services is seeking an Audit Consultant to assist our client in auditing and updating their device asset management system. This role involves critical attention to detail and a hands-on approach to ensure accuracy in device data management.
Day-to-day of the role:- Audit all test devices and update their entries in the device asset manager to ensure all key information is captured accurately.
- Print and attach QR labels to each of the 1000 devices requiring updates.
- Manage the logistics of devices both onsite and offsite, ensuring accurate data storage in the asset management system.
- Utilize the newly adopted asset management software, E Z Office (EZO), to transition from manual barcode scanning to automated QR codes.
- Periodically test and migrate device data, verifying details like serial numbers, configuration names, model numbers, and asset numbers to ensure all information is current and correct.
- Prior experience with audit processes.
- Knowledge of device management and asset management.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with a critical attention to detail.
- Experience with data management and familiarity with E Z Office (EZO) software.
- Ability to quickly adapt and hit the ground running.
- Experience in testing is desirable.
- Background in media is advantageous but not essential.
