Role Responsibilities
  • Act as Responsible Individual (RI) on audit engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and regulatory compliance
  • Lead and mentor a growing audit team, championing technical excellence and career development
  • Provide trusted, strategic advice to clients, offering insights that go beyond compliance
  • Play a key role in the firm’s growth strategy, identifying and securing new audit opportunities
  • Collaborate across service lines to deliver a joined-up advisory approach for clients

Candidate Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified with RI status (or eligible to obtain RI within a short time frame)
  • Proven experience managing and signing off complex audits
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards
  • Commercial mindset with a flair for developing client relationships and spotting new opportunities
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for team development
  • A hands-on approach, ready to contribute to the strategic direction of the audit practice
