An excellent opportunity has become available due to continuous growth. This is a newly created role for a Client Accountant within the Property sector on a permanent basis.Responsibilities of this role include:
  • Reporting to clients (standard and client specific reporting) ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are adhered to
  • Key contact for queries externally and internally, providing support and advice
  • Complete balance sheet reviews accompanied with full commentary
  • Manage a small team responsible for managing resource levels, performance management and development
  • Manage and maintain the property and tenant database for all clients.
  • Liaise with the Treasury team regarding the demand of rent, Service charge and any other monies from Tenants
  • Collection of outstanding amounts
  • Amendments to accounts
  • Payment of property related transactions
