About the Role:

As a Drylining Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects involving drylining, partitions, suspended ceilings, and associated interior systems. You'll work closely with the pre-construction team, clients, and suppliers to ensure bids are competitive and professionally delivered.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for drylining, ceilings, and partitions.

  • Interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors for pricing and technical input.

  • Conduct site visits where necessary.

  • Assist in tender submissions and project handovers to the delivery team.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an estimator in drylining or fit-out projects.

  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and materials.

  • Proficiency in estimation software (e.g. Bluebeam, Conquest, or similar).

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines.
