Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for running the day to day Finance function as well as mentoring a small finance team. You will be sitting with the Senior Leadership Team, helping the CFO and the Board make strategic business decisions as the business continues on their growth journey.

Description
- Run the day-to-day finance operations of the business, managing a growing Finance team with international offices.
- Preparation of Management Accounts - collate and prepare monthly financial reports, including the monthly board report pack including commentary.
- Ensure the integrity of the monthly management accounts by producing balance sheet reconciliations and continuously monitoring financial controls.
- Maximising margins throughout all aspects of the business.
- Production of accurate in-month and full year forecast to EBITDA.
- Production of cash flow forecast and effective management of working capital.
- Budgeting and financial planning; support the CFO and Board in the preparation of annual budgets, business cases, project appraisals as well as contributing financial insights that align with the company's strategic goals. Work closely with the Finance Business Partner to achieve these objectives.
- End to end management of audit for the group. Includes reviewing processes and systems, ensuring they are fit for purpose and robust.
- Review all HMRC legislative requirements, ensuring full compliance.
Profile
- Must hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qual experience.
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably within a corporate or group setting. Experience in the Marketing industry a plus although any industry considered if able to demonstrate margin control and strong fin-ops experience.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS or GAAP).
- Experience with HMRC regulations and compliance
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across a range of service lines.
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced knowledge of Excel. Power BI an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
