An Interim FC role offering divisional finance responsibilities and involvement in M&A transactions and post-deal integration work.

An established £150m t/o PE backed Group with diverse business operations across the UK, Europe and Asia. The organisation has an ambitious growth strategy involving acquisitions, diversification and expansion of its global footprint.
The Opportunity
An opportunity now exists for an experienced finance professional to provide critical support to the Group FD over the next 12 months during a time of significant growth. Joining as a Financial Controller on a 12 month FTC you will have divisional finance responsibilities and also be involved in acquisitions as part of the groups M&A strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing Financial Reporting and Management Accounting for an expanding division of the group
- Production of the Board Pack, MI and KPI Reporting
- Acquisition accounting and post-deal integration work
- Maintaining and improving robust financial controls, systems and processes
- Business Partnering with Divisional MD's
- Budgeting, forecasting and preparing reports for PE Owners
This will be an exciting role within a fast-paced growing business where you will be involved with Board and PE Owners regularly. The role would suit an strong FC / Senior Finance Manager experienced in completing Fixed Term Contracts within growing businesses.
The Person
You will be an experienced Senior Finance Professional able to meet the following criteria:
- Fully Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) experienced as an Interim Contractor
- Background within Industry (Business or Industrial Services preferably)
- Experience of M&A transactions - handling acquisition accounting
- Experience of working within a PE Owned / Backed business
